£13.60 per hour

Working Pattern

35 hours per week - Monday - Friday, no weekends or Bank Holidays, but shifts may fall between 0630-1500, flexibility is a must

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
  • Covering when Annual Leave is being taken by other members of staff
  • Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
  • Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
  • Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Ideal Candidate
  • Be a trained Barista
  • Have experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Food Hygiene
  • Have great communication and organisational skills
  • Contract Catering would be highly desirable
  • Required to work across multiple sites within the area, so flexibility is essential
