Job summary

CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, seeks an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for CH&CO on a full-time basis (35 hours/week, 40 weeks/year). The role focuses on delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service while ensuring smooth kitchen and counter operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a catering environment.
• Hold aBasic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards and ensure quality.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver excellent food and service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Coordinate between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and develop teams; lead from the front.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across catering and service teams.
