Job summary

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced catering supervisor to lead and develop a team delivering patient-focused catering services in a busy hospital environment.

You will oversee daily service delivery, liaise with other departments, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring food safety and patient satisfaction across the Trust. This role offers opportunities for training and career development within the catering team.

We want to support you in your role ,so you will given full interactive training as well as specialised training courses in our active kitchens, where you will gain further experience and transferable skills that will be great for your development . we also have Management support in place so you are never on your own.
