Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly, deliver exceptional food experiences, and lead from the front by training and supporting teams while upholding Health & Safety and brand standards. Flexible day shifts available and you’ll join a market-leading team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.

• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
