Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracting to 37.5 hours per week.

You will manage kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food and customer service while supporting and training teams and maintaining health and safety standards across all venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated individual who is keen to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise catering teams to maintain impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and coach teams to excel in their roles.
• Implement and review health and safety standards across all catering and service teams.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Compass Group UK&I on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
