A children's hospital in the UK is seeking a Catering Manager to lead and support the service of food and beverages. The role requires strong management skills, a commitment to high service standards, and knowledge of food safety. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive team environment and ensure compliance with health regulations. We are looking for someone who can, deliver consistently high level of service through our retail outlets. Driving the retail outlets (coffee bar, hot counter, tills, hospitality.) We are looking for someone to be able to take up the reigns and deliver a high level of service through all of our customer facing outlets. Be it serving food, making coffees, keeping the area clean, operating the tills or personally supporting the customer's needs. We are looking for a team player with a “can do” attitude who is willing to go the extra mile whenever and wherever possible. We are looking for someone who is experienced in managing a diverse team and is motivating them to excel and deliver great standards and customer service. We are looking for someone who actively drives from the front and sets great examples.
