Job summary

Elior UK, Mill Place, Birmingham, is hiring a Catering Supervisor to proactively supervise on-site catering teams, recruit, induct, train, and support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality service for Elior UK and clients. You will lead a team, manage a budget, maintain communications with colleagues and clients, and ensure COSHH, food safety, H&S and environmental policies are followed.

The role supports coffee and other hot drinks service.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership experience.
• Experience supervising catering teams on site.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Interest in delivering customer service excellence.
• Previous catering experience desirable.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Catering Supervisor proactively supervise catering teams on site as well as recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

• Motivating and managing a team
• Controlling and managing a budget
• Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
• Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
• serving coffee, other hot drinks

Working Pattern:Monday to Friday | 20 Hours Per Week | 4 Hours Per Day
