A leading catering company in Southend is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee operations and provide top-quality food services. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring food safety compliance, and balancing budgets. Ideal candidates will have experience in catering management and relevant qualifications, such as Food Safety Level 3. This is a temporary role with a pay rate of up to £20.64 per hour.
