Job summary

The Marsh Academy in New Romney is seeking a talented, self-motivated individual to provide high-quality catering for pupils and staff. You will organise appropriate menus, maintain stock levels and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and school catering standards.

Applicants should be hardworking with excellent communication and organisational skills. A DBS check will be required before starting and applications should be submitted on the school’s application form.

Job description

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated and experienced individual passionate about food and customer service, to provide a high-quality catering service which supports the wellbeing of pupils and staff. This includes organising appropriate menus and maintaining stock levels, ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety and hygiene regulations, as well as meeting school catering standards.

Applicants should be hard working, professional and have excellent communication and organisational skills and will ideally have experience of a similar role.

The successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check prior to starting and only applications submitted on the school’s application form will be considered.
