Days of Working: Monday - Friday, but you will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service requirements. You may be required to work weekends and be on‑call as per the on‑call rota.
As a Catering Manager at OCS, you will oversee all catering services for our clients within the Public Sector FM market. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include managing catering operations, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring everyone follows Health & Safety and food hygiene standards. You will keep records up to date, handle disciplinary issues fairly, and make sure all legal requirements are met. The role also involves cost control and problem‑solving, requiring you to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
