Orchard Manor School in Dawlish is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the school's catering facilities, ensuring meals meet high standards.
You will manage catering staff across two school kitchens, coordinate workloads, plan menus, control stock and budgets, and develop nutritionally balanced options for pupils, including those with autism and SEND needs. You will drive food safety through HACCP, audits, and compliance.
