Job summary

Berry Recruitment is seeking a Catering Manager for a new site in Bexhill. You will manage daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth kitchen setup on a Monday to Friday schedule with hours to be confirmed.

Qualifications

• Food hygiene certificate is required.
• Allergen training completed.
• KCSI Level 1-2 or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities
