Job summary

North Ayrshire Council is recruiting for a Facilities Assistant within a kitchen to support a quality catering service across multiple sites. You will prepare and serve meals, operate a till and perform cleaning duties, working flexibly across locations to meet service needs.

The role requires the ability to work under pressure, be a team player, and comply with food safety and nutritional guidelines. Start date subject to PVG and health checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of a quality catering service within this location and associated locations as required.
• Prepare and serve meals, operate a till and undertake specific cleaning duties.
• Work across a range of locations within the service area and adapt to flexible start and finish times.
