Job summary

StartMonday is seeking an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to cover the Swansea region. You will be responsible for installation, service, maintenance and repair of commercial catering equipment across a varied customer base, with a Swansea focus and a 40-hour week.

The role includes fault finding on gas and electrical equipment, on-call duties (approx. 1 in 5), and a company van with travel paid. COMCAT qualification and full UK driving license are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• COMCAT qualified (essential)
• Previous experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial catering equipment
• Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of gas and electrical catering equipment
• Delivering excellent customer service whilst representing the company professionally
• Working independently across customer sites throughout the region
• Participating in an on-call rota (approximately 1 in 5)
