Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of quality in service by meeting quality expectations and performance criteria
• Review own performance and development; set objectives and participate in development opportunities
• Assist in facilitating accredited onsite Barista training
• Maintain a safe working environment; ensure housekeeping standards
• Complete risk assessments where appropriate and ensure health & safety compliance
• Comply with health & safety and risk policies and food hygiene regulations
• Carry out duties as reasonably requested by line manager
• Deliver high quality, person-centred catering services, and provide information to service users
