Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant at St Peters Primary School, Southbourne. The role covers food production and service during term-time, Monday to Friday, with 38 weeks per year. The post offers a flexible schedule with no weekend work and a fixed hourly rate of £12.21 for 32.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities include food preparation, serving in the on-site Costa outlet, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer service while upholding Caterlink’s brand values.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or school dining environments is desirable.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures in food service.
• Ability to work as part of a team and serve customers professionally.

Responsabilités

• Serve in the Costa coffee outlet for staff and sixth form.
• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
• Comply with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Keep kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy.
• Provide friendly, efficient and hygienic service to customers.
• Represent Caterlink and maintain a positive brand image.
