Location : Taunton, Somerset

Contract Type : Temporary, with potential for temp-to-perm or permanent placement

Hours : 16.5 hours per week (part-time)

About the Role

We’re currently recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join a busy school catering environment in Taunton. hours are 11am-2pm monday to friday.

This is a hands‑on role supporting the catering team with food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and serving food to staff and pupils.
  • Support with kitchen setup and cleaning duties before and after service.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Restock supplies and assist with deliveries as needed.
