Join our team as a Cafe Assistant and you can! Help people live well and for longer as a Cafe Assistant by creating an enjoyable experience for them in our cafe! Cafe Assistants pour perfect coffees, serve tasty treats, and make people's day that bit brighter with a friendly smile and conversation. If you get the feel good factor from seeing customers happy and satisfied, this is the job for you!
Job duties include: Till work, coffee making, basic food prep and stocking/maintaining vending machines and maintaining the soft play area.
Salary: Starting Salary only £23,639.33 per annum (full time)
Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.
Location: Across Macclesfield Leisure Centre & West Park Cafe
Hours: 37 (Full Time)
Shifts May Include: Weekends
