Job summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking a Catering Assistant to support day-to-day catering services across our client sites. You will help prepare service areas, assist with food and beverage service, check deliveries, monitor stock, and maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly team, focusing on customer service, cleanliness, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergens.

Responsibilities

• Prepare front-of-house and service areas for daily operations.
• Assist with food and beverage service while delivering excellent customer service.
• Accept and check deliveries, including temperature and quality checks.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and allergen management.
• Complete cleaning duties and keep equipment clean and stored.
