Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness, preparing produce for meals, and ensuring proper storage of goods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and related areas.
• Prepare produce for mealtime, e.g. vegetable prep and sandwiches.
• Ensure correct storage of all dry and perishable produce.
• Safely store cleaning materials.
• Ensure all cooking utensils and pots are cleaned to standard.
• Carry out tasks as directed by Head/Second Chef or Home Manager.
