Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking staff to work in ward kitchen areas, delivering meals to patients and ensuring food safety and quality. The role involves regenerating meals, plating, beverage service and updating temperature records in a busy hospital environment.

Applicants should be approachable, organised and reliable, with good written and verbal communication. The post is within LUHFT’s hospital network serving Merseyside communities.

Responsabilidades

• Regeneration of chilled/frozen food and preparation of sauces.
• Plating and service of hot and cold food items with meal delivery to patients, including service of condiments.
• Probing and recording food temperatures. Recording of equipment temperatures.
• Beverage service to patients. Washing and refilling of patient’s water jugs and beakers.
• Take patient orders and communicate requirements to the catering department.
