Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Barista for a major High Street brand in Oxford on a 4-hour-per-week contract. You will craft drinks, deliver first-class service, handle payments, and maintain the bar area to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is required.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked.
• Receive and process payments (cash and card).
• Be an enthusiastic team player and an excellent communicator.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates and ensure availability of essentials.
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food prep and presentation techniques.
• Check brewing equipment operates properly and report maintenance needs.
• Represent Asda and maintain a positive brand image while complying with Food Hygiene standards.
• Follow Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 4 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. • Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
