Apprenticeship in Food Production Level 2

Patcham High School offers a unique opportunity for apprentices to support our catering team within our school kitchens. This role is integral to the support of our production chef team and helps to provide a dynamic learning environment for students.

Responsibilities

The apprentice will attend weekly training sessions at college and apply learning at the school. The apprentice will support the production chef level 2 team by:

>Assisting with preparation and cooking in the school kitchen.
• Supporting kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Contributing ideas to improve processes.

Working hours
