Vale of Glamorgan Council's Llansannor Primary seeks an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to set up the dining hall, serve meals and clear away equipment during term time.

Hours are 12.5 per week across 5 days; DBS enhanced check required; Grade 1 SCP 3 £25,949 pro rata, £13.45 per hour. Join a supportive school kitchen team delivering healthy meals and a friendly service.

The Big Fresh Catering Company provides healthy nutritious school meals at lunchtime, which is compliant with the Food and Nutrient standards set by the Welsh Government’s Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013. In addition to this, we also provide a high quality Buffet/Function service to our schools, Café at the Penarth Pier Pavilion, weddings, external customers and companies.

About The Role

Pay Details: Grade 1, SCP 3 £25,949 Pro Rata £13.45 p/h

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 5 Days – 12½ hrs per week, term time only

Main Place of Work: Llansannor Primary
