Job summary

Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking a Catering Assistant to support the busy Catering Department across the campus. You will assist with preparation and service of meals and refreshments, delivery of hospitality requirements, and help prepare dining rooms and kitchen for service.

This role is term-time only plus inset and 3 days, 26.25 hours per week across 36 weeks per year, with a salary of £14,157 per annum.

• To assist with the preparation of and service of all meals and refreshments as determined by the Head Chef and Front of House Manager.
• To undertake the delivery of hospitality requirements across campus.
• To assist with the preparation of the dining rooms and kitchen ready for service.
• To ensure the safe service of all meals and drinks.

Job description

We are seeking to appoint a Catering Assistant to help a busy and thriving Catering Department at Warwick Schools Foundation to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Catering Department.

Working hours: 26.25 Hours per week and 36 weeks per year (Term-time only plus inset plus 3 days)

Working weeks: 11:45am to 5:00pm, 36 weeks a year

Actual Wage: £14,157 per annum actual salary
