Impact Food Group is seeking a Catering Assistant for a Prudhoe school site. The role runs Monday to Friday during term time, with specific shift times and 38 weeks per year. The position involves serving customers, helping prepare food, operating the till, and maintaining hygienic dining areas.

The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills and enjoy working in a team, with opportunities for free meals on shift and access to staff discounts and development options.

About The Role

• Job Title: Catering Assistant
• School Location: Highfield Lane Prudhoe Northumberland NE42 6EY
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Shifts & Working hours: Monday to Thursday 12:15pm - 1:15pm
• Friday 11am - 2pm (7 hours per week)
• Working Weeks: 38 weeks per year (term time only)
• Pay Details: £3,736.74 per Annum

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the site.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
