Job summary

OCS is seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our busy catering operations team. You will help deliver hot and cold food and drinks to clients and site visitors during opening hours.

This role includes kitchen support, serving, stock replenishment, and helping maintain hygiene records. Weekend shifts and 4pm–9pm hours apply; training for a food handling certificate is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Food handling certificate desirable but not required; training available.
• Self-driven and reliable with a desire to learn and develop.

About The Role

Hours per week: Some weekend shifts and the hours are 4pm-9pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our outstanding food and drink offering to our clients and site visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with catering-related tasks within the kitchen environment and surrounding areas.
• Assisting with the service of food and drink within operational hours.
• Supporting with hygiene documentation and administration.
• Assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries.

• Autonomous in their approach but also happy to work well in a team.
• Ideally, you will have your food handling certificate – but don’t worry if you don’t, we can help you achieve this.
