Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, delivering catering services in around 6,000 venues, invites a Catering Assistant to join a fast-paced, supportive team. Mon-Fri full-time days; 42 weeks per year; you’ll prepare and serve high-quality food, display attractive counters, handle transactions, and uphold food safety standards while representing the brand.

You’ll thrive with a positive attitude, strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork; prior catering experience is a bonus.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Crafting eye-catching food and counter displays that draw customers in
• Proudly representing Universities and and embodying our positive brand image
• Handling transactions with ease and operating the cash register efficiently
• Upholding the highest standards of Food Handling & Hygiene
• Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations
