Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our onsite catering team at Hatfield. You will contribute to delivering high-quality food and drink to clients and site visitors, assist with kitchen tasks and service, and support hygiene documentation and stock handling.

The successful candidate will be autonomous, work well in a team, and strive for high standards. A food handling certificate is preferred, but training is provided where needed.

About The Role:

Working Pattern:

Monday to Thursday - 7am to 3pm
Fridays - 8am to 2pm

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and driven Catering Assistant to join our successful catering operational team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our outstanding food and drink offering to our clients and site visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Support with catering-related tasks within the kitchen environment and surrounding areas.


• Assisting with the service of food and drink within operational hours


• Supporting with hygiene documentation and administration


• Assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Ideally, you will have your food handling certificate – but don’t worry if you don’t, we can help you achieve this!
