Working closely with the Head Chef and wider catering team, you will contribute to the preparation, presentation and service of meals, helping to create a welcoming dining experience for both students and staff.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, teamwork and a commitment to high standards are essential. You will help maintain a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment, follow food hygiene and health and safety procedures, and ensure that every customer receives a friendly and professional service. Success in the role means consistently contributing to excellent standards of food service, cleanliness and safety while supporting a positive experience for everyone who uses the school's catering provision.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and takes pride in their work. You will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently when required and maintaining high standards in a busy environment. Experience of working in a kitchen is welcomed, and a willingness to learn, undertake training and contribute positively to the wider school community is essential.
