SENAD Group is seeking a Catering Assistant for Edgewood School in Northampton. The role involves supporting the smooth running of the school kitchen, helping to prepare all meal services at specified times, and maintaining clean, hygienic food preparation and storage areas.

You'll need 2+ years catering experience in a busy site, a passion for catering, and excellent communication to build rapport with students and staff across the site.

• Hours: Starting at 20 hours a week – Term Time Only (Plus 5 inset days) – 10.30 – 14.30

Edgewood School in Lingswood Park, Northampton is a vibrant and caring independent day and residential school for young people aged 7 up to 16 years old with a range of complexity and need, including; Autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language and communication difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.

As a Catering Assistant you will support in the smooth running of the kitchen, helping to prepare all meal services at the required times, and keeping all food preparation and storage areas clean and hygienic.

Experience needed:

• Must have 2 years or more catering experience in a busy site

In order to be successful, you must have a passion for catering, excellent communication, and the ability to build a good rapport with students and staff across the site.
