Heriot-Watt University is recruiting a Catering Assistant to provide professional, welcoming catering services across university outlets. The role involves pre-service prep, till operation, stock control, basic food prep, and front/back of house duties.
There are part-time and full-time hours with weekend rosters, and a pro‑rata approach for part-time workers. The position offers Grade 3 pay (£24,564 per annum) and 28 days annual leave plus closed days, with a commitment to equality and flexible

Part-time: 25 hours per week - including occasional weekends (all weekly rosters subject to change).
Full-time: 35 hours per week - including occasional weekends (all weekly rosters subject to change).
Where the post holder is in possession of a valid UK Driving License, they will be required to register it with the University Insurance services and drive University Vehicles when required to facilitate the provision of services
