Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is hiring a Catering Assistant at Murray Park Community School in Mickleover. This term-time, part-time role runs Monday to Friday with specific shifts and a 37-week year, offering a stable schedule and daytime hours.

You will work with the catering team to provide friendly service, assist with food prep, serve at the counter, operate the till, and keep kitchens and dining areas clean and safe. DBS check will be required.

About The Role

Job Title: Catering Assistant

School Location: Murray Park Community School , Mickleover, DE3 9LL

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: Mon, Thurs, Fri 9am-1pm and Tues & Weds 8am-1pm (22 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 37 weeks per year (term time only)

Pay Details: £11,464.42 per Annum

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the site.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
