Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is hiring a Catering Assistant at Debden Park High School, Debden, IG10 2BQ. Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm (30 hours/week) across 32 weeks per year.

You will join the school catering team to provide friendly, efficient, hygienic service, assist in food prep, serve at the counter, and maintain clean kitchen and dining areas. DBS check required; IFG pays. Benefits include meals on shift and term-time holidays.

• Excellent customer service skills; catering/retail experience preferred.
• Willing to undergo enhanced DBS check; IFG pays for it.
• Term-time role with 32 weeks per year; Monday to Friday

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 9am-3pm (30hours per week)

Working Weeks: 32weeks per year (term time only)

Pay Details: £13,726.80 per Annum

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the site.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
