Job summary

Aspens Services is seeking a Catering Assistant to support our school kitchen, handling basic food preparation and delivering excellent service during lunchtimes. You’ll contribute to a smooth service and a safe, clean kitchen environment while working with a friendly team.

We offer training, a part-time schedule of 12.5 hours per week, and a DBS disclosure process. The role is in Camelford, with a focus on delivering quality meals to students and staff.

Qualifications

• Team player in a busy team.
• Catering or fast-paced service experience.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 preferred but training provided.

The role:

As a Catering Assistant, you will be a vital part of the team, supporting our kitchen in basic food preparation and delivering excellent service that makes the lunchtime rush run smoothly.

You’ll be making a real difference through responsibilities that include:
