Job summary

Places Leisure in the United Kingdom invites applications for a role in catering/retail. You will support food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and represent the company through excellent customer service to all visitors.

Experience in catering or retail, awareness of allergen and hygiene standards, and a solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations are preferred. All applicants will be treated with respect and safeguarding policies apply.

You will ensure high standards are maintained at all times. You will assist in food preparation, complying with all Health & Safety and Food hygiene policies whilst prioritising the presentation and cleanliness of all catering areas. A large part of your role will be to represent the company by operating a high standard of customer service to all our visitors.

More About You

You will have experience of working within a catering or retail role, with an awareness of allergen and hygiene standards. You should have a good background knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations as well as current food standard policies. You will have a personable and friendly manner and ideally be used to dealing with a wide range of customers.
