Job summary

Enhance Catering is recruiting Catering Assistants to support client sites across Oxfordshire. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced service and delivering great customer care. Previous catering experience is helpful but not essential; right attitude matters most.

You will assist with food prep, service, hygiene, and cleanliness, and you’ll work as part of a friendly kitchen team. DBS checks may be required, and confidentiality is ensured.

Enhance Catering is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to support our client sites across OXFORDSHIRE.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, providing great customer service, and being part of a friendly kitchen team.

You’ll be a positive, flexible individual with good communication skills and a strong work ethic. Experience in catering or food service is helpful but not essential — the right attitude is what matters most.

What You'll be doing

• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and service
• Serving customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner
• Keeping the kitchen and service areas clean, tidy, and safe
• Assisting with dishwashing and general cleaning duties
• Following food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures
