Job summary

Caterham Hockey Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head Coach to lead and develop our coaching programme across academy sessions, holiday camps and individual coaching. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and creating clear player development pathways.

The role requires a passion for youth development, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering coaching across age groups in a positive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the coaching programme across academy sessions, holiday camps and individual coaching programmes.
• Mentor assistant coaches and oversee the ongoing professional development of the coaching team.
• Oversee player development and play a key role in the continued growth of Caterham Hockey Academy.
