As our Mobile Phone Category Manager, you'll own one of our highest-impact categories, covering refurbished and new smartphones from top brands. You'll manage stock, pricing, listings, and promotions, using data and market insights to ensure our phones are competitively priced, well-stocked, and perfectly positioned for our customers. This is a fast-moving, high-responsibility role where your commercial insight and passion for mobile tech will make a real difference. What You'll Do:

  • Own the full lifecycle of mobile phones - from stock and listings to promotions
  • Manage inventory and ensure supply meets demand without overstocking
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and gaps
  • Forecast demand and plan seasonal campaigns around key releases
  • Monitor and adjust pricing to remain competitive and profitable
  • Track sales and performance data to understand what sells, what doesn't, and why
  • Analyse customer behaviour to optimise product strategy in real time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate listings

    Passion for smartphones and strong product knowledge
  • Experience managing mobile or consumer electronics categories (preferred but not essential)
  • Commercial mindset with a strong grasp of pricing, trends, and product positioning
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making
  • Creativity and initiative to spot opportunities and solve problems
