Job summary

Catman Jobs is seeking a Category Manager for a high-velocity role along the M62 corridor, with options in Manchester or Doncaster. You will own UK retailer relationships, lead a category team, and steer insights-driven NPD concepts while partnering with marketing and commercial colleagues.

You will leverage Kantar, IRI and Hive retail data to shape strategy, win retailers, and raise team capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading retail category strategies in UK markets.
• Strong ability to translate insights into NPD concepts and sales tools.
• Track record of stakeholder management across internal teams and retailers.

This business is regarded as THE owner of their category across UK retail customers

Achieved through the creation and leadership of a market leading category team who provide the insights and market trends to guide NPD teams develop concepts whilst supporting the marketing and commercial team build the brand and sales tools to win the UK retailers.

To continue their growth, they seek an experienced category professional who has the scope to engage with internal and external stake holders whilst holding ownership of your own retail relationships through use of Kantar, IRI and retails data such as Hive and Dunhumby
