Job summary

Catman Jobs in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Category Manager to own the innovation pipeline and lead a high‑performing team. You will shape category strategy, delivering market insights and NPD concepts for UK retailers.

Based in the M62 corridor (Manchester or Doncaster), you will manage internal and external stakeholders and own key retail relationships using data from Kantar, IRI, Hive and Dunnhumby to win shelves and grow the business.

Category Manager to create a high innovation pipeline

M62 corridor: Manchester or Doncaster

This business is regarded as THE owner of their category across UK retail customers

Achieved through the creation and leadership of a market leading category team who provide the insights and market trends to guide NPD teams develop concepts whilst supporting the marketing and commercial team build the brand and sales tools to win the UK retailers.

To continue their growth, they seek an experienced category professional who has the scope to engage with internal and external stake holders whilst holding ownership of your own retail relationships through use of Kantar, IRI and retails data such as Hive and Dunhumby

To succeed here, you'll be comfortable working in a high octane environment where premier performance is the norm whilst working with world class individuals around you who will raise your own capabilities.
