We are looking for a Category Manager joining our team to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success by driving category growth, optimizing pack architecture , and strengthening relationships with retail partners and distributors in the international team . This role involves analysing market trends, developing category strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize performance and market share within strategically important markets .

How you will contribute
DISRUPTIVE: CREATIVE INSIGHTS
  • Create and u pdate regular reports, reviewing category , brand and competitor performanc e.
  • Connect multiple insights to develop compelling and succinct sell-in stories for new category opportunities.
  • Share actionable insights with the Sales, Product & Marketing teams, to ensure that they are armed with relevant category insights and recommendations for growth opportunities - via visual content creation.
UNITED TEAM: BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
  • K ey data provider (Nielsen) to maximise value from our spend on data in each market
  • I nternal sales team to support the objective of growing sales of Grenade
  • Mondelez global team to access shared consumer , shopper and market insight
EMPOWERED: STRATEGIC THINKING
  • Support the Head of Category in creating and implementing the international strategy for Grenade
PASSIONATE: CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  • Continuously look for trends and opportunities to add value and create category improvements with our data & insight
