Liverpool is seeking a Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a Top 100 law firm’s Tier 1 claimant serious injury team. The role covers high-value complex claims involving brain, spinal cord and other life-changing injuries, including fatal cases.

• Applications are invited from experienced Solicitors/Legal Executives and you will have proven experience handling or assisting on complex, high-value personal injury claims.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of complex serious injury and fatal claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
• Investigate liability, obtain expert evidence, and develop case strategies for high-value claims.
• Work closely with clients and their families, providing clear advice and compassionate support throughout the litigation process.
• Instruct and liaise with counsel, medical experts, and rehabilitation professionals.
• Engage with insurers and defendant solicitors to negotiate settlements where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with relevant procedural rules, regulatory obligations, and firm policies.
• Train and mentor junior colleagues in the team.
