Catastrophic Injury Solicitor – Associate/Senior Associate | Birmingham | Up to £66K

Location: Birmingham | Level: 1+ PQE | Hybrid | Salary: Up to £66,000 DOE

We are currently working with the Birmingham complex injury team of one of our leading law firm clients. Lawyers within the department handle high-value catastrophic claims including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal accidents.

These cases often have a long lifecycle and involve highly technical issues from initial strategy to highly complex medical evidence all the way through until litigation and settlement.

The position in brief
  • Manage complex multi-track RTA, EL & PL claims
  • Draft pleadings, attend court, JSMs, and mediations
  • Work closely with experts, counsel, and major insurer clients
  • Opportunity to lead or support on high-profile litigation
  • Mentor junior lawyers and advance your leadership skills
Ideal candidate profile

1+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive
Strong personal injury litigation background (defendant preferred)
Excellent drafting, strategy, and communication skills
