Qualifications

• Proven experience handling serious and catastrophic injury claims.
• Experience leading a team or function and developing others.
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to manage complex demands.
• Strong understanding of data security, confidentiality and risk.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of catastrophic injury claims from instruction through to settlement.
• Providing expert, client-focused advice with empathy for individuals and families.
• Conducting litigation, instructing counsel and experts, and attending court hearings.
• Negotiating with insurers and other professionals to secure the best outcomes.
• Supporting and mentoring team members to promote professional development.
• Growing the practice through networking, marketing and referrer relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with SRA guidelines and regulatory standards.
