• Experience in a retail environment
• Experience working to sales targets
• Experience with cash handling and financial controls

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager to maximise shop income and profitability through safe day-to-day operations and KPIs.
• Act as brand ambassador for Cats Protection and be a role model for the charity's values, taking responsibility for shop operations in the Shop Manager's absence.
