A recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and experience in investigating and settling liability claims while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include gathering evidence and ensuring compliance with client requirements during claims assessment.
Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.
You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
