A recruitment agency seeks a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler for remote work. The candidate will leverage technical expertise to investigate and settle liability claims while ensuring compliance with client standards and service excellence. Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.
You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
