A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler for a remote position. The successful candidate will utilize their technical expertise to investigate and settle liability claims, ensuring compliance with client requirements and providing exemplary customer service throughout the process. Previous experience in managing Employers & Public Liability claims is essential.
Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis. You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
