Apex Hotels in Dundee is seeking a Casual Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen and back-of-house operations. You’ll help maintain spotless food-prep and service areas, follow COSHH and health & safety guidelines, and contribute to delivering the hotel’s high standards.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, showing initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to ensure guest satisfaction.

Role overview:

As a Casual Kitchen Porter, you'll assist in the delivery of amazing brand standards and immaculate kitchen and back of house facilities. You'll be responsible for your own work and take pride in the high standard of cleanliness and organisation whilst adhering to all food safety and health and safety guidelines.

Joining the dedicated Kitchen department, you'll:

About you:

As a Casual Kitchen Porter, you'll have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in order to provide consistent standards. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel and ultimately the service provided to our guests before, during and after their stay. You will love working within a team and offering help and assistance, you will be great at multi-tasking, you will be efficient at solving all guest enquiries and all with a smile and infectious personality!
